Onion is also very popular as eggs. All over the world, onion juice is very popular for hair growth. Apply onion juice directly on your scalp & leave for 15-20 minutes before taking shower.
Lemons are rich in vitamin C. Also, it contains B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12. To use lemon juice, mix it with olive oil & apply on hair. Leave at least 30 minutes & wash it out with shampoo. Try to use lemon once a week.
Coconut oil is considered one of the best treatments for hair growth. It’s better to use before going to sleep. Use coconut hair on hair scalp & leave it on for 4 to 5 hours. Also, you can add lemon with coconut oil. You can use coconut oil on daily basis.
Warm oil treatment
Those who have been struggling with dandruff & dry hair, warm oil treatment is best for them. Use a microwave or double boiler to heat the oil.
You can use coconut oil, sweet almond, avocado, jojoba or olive oil. If possible, use it daily.
Important: Do not heat oil more then 10 seconds if your microwave is set on high.
Aloe Vera Gel
Aloe Vera gel is very popular items for hair growth. Go & buy fresh aloe vera. Cut the leaf & extract the gel. Apply gel on all over hair & scalp. Leave it for 30 minutes to one hour then clean it with a mild shampoo. For best result, you must repeat aloe vera gel 2-3 times in a week.
Biotin is an intestinal bacterium that develops hair growth. Biotin is the most important nutrient to prevent hair fall. You can eat biotin medicine or add some food to your food chart list which contains biotin nutrients which will eventually lead to hair growth.
