- 2 cup flours
- ¼ cup warm water
- ½ Tablespoon oregano
- 1 and a/2 Tablespoon dry yeast
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- Enough Salt
- 3Tablespoon oil
- ½ Tablespoon cornmeal
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 green capsicum
- ¼ Cup sliced black olives
- 1 Small onion slices
- 3 Cheese Slices
- Some Chilli flakes and oregano
- 2 Tomato
- 1 Onion
- 10 cloves garlic
- 5 red chillies
- 2 Tablespoon tomato ketchup
- ½ Tablespoon red chilli powder
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- ½ Tablespoon oregano
- 2 cup small size meat
Procedure:
- You take a bowl.
- Give ¼ cup warm water in a bowl.
- Mix 1 tablespoon sugar.
- Add 1 and a/2 Tablespoon dry yeast and wait for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl take 2 cup flours and add some salt.
- Add ½ Tablespoon oregano and mix it very smoothly using 15 minutes.
- Apply ½ Tablespoon oil in round shape flour and cover it using a cloth or bag in 30 minutes for dough.
- Boil 2 tomato, 1 onion, 10 cloves garlic and 5 red chillies and blend this smoothly and make masala.
- Take a frying pan and give 2 tablespoon oil.
- Mix enough masala. Add ½ tablespoon chilli powder and make sauce ready.
- In pizza dough than using corn flour keep placing dough make it rounded.
- Put this on a pizza tray and press figure it.
- Add some pizza sauce give 3 cheese slices on pizza in small sizes.
- Add small sliced red capsicum.
- Add small size onion.
- Add ½ cup sliced black olives.
- Use 2 cup small boiled meat.
- Backed this pizza in an oven using 10 minutes.
