Food:

In the morning she starts her day with fruit juice and milk. For dieting, she likes to eat a vegetable. Every three hour she prefers to take food.  She eats Nuts and soya milk. She likes to eat sugar. During the meal, she takes a meal including ghee. Every day she takes 8 boil glasses of pure water. She likes to eat soups, salads, yogurt, pasta, cheese, chocolate, pasty, fruits etc. Every day she eats pure coconut water. She does not eat meat. Every day’s food routine she takes fresh and green vegetables.

Workout:

Kareena Kapoor spent one to two hours for her daily workout. She believes in yoga for her attractive fitness. Kareena also believes that yoga helps to grow her body, health, and mind. She loves to do power yoga and hot yoga in making her body fitness. Hot yoga helps to your weight loss. Yoga is good for health and mind. Sometimes she doing as thang yoga.
